After buying a BMW at the dealer, I discovered undercar damage to the front subframe and panels. One of the front wheels was also bent and would not balance. After paying for repairs at an independent German car shop, I wrote review of Hillsboro with my disappointment. They conacted me and after discussions, offered to pay for a portion of the repair even though the damage was not identified on the Manhiem wholesale vehicle inspection. They paid a portion of the costs and the amount was impressive.
I never would have thought a dealer would help pay for a repair over 10 months after sale of the car. This demonstrated to me that they have integrity and really do care about thier customers. After this experience, I have to recommend them to everyone. My father was looking to buy a new car this past weekend, and my aunt recommended Hillsboro Auto Mart. We decided to give it a shot, and we are now customers for life. Daniel and his staff were amazing - they were friendly, they were accommodating and the prices on the cars are amazing.
We walked in, he saw the car of his dreams, and they made it happen. The entire experience was completely different from the high-pressure sales tactics I've experienced at other dealerships - when you are there, you feel like you are a member of their family and because of that, they want to get you the best deal possible. I cannot stress enough how awesome this dealership is - if you need a car, go to Hillsboro Auto Mart! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership. The staff at Hillsboro Auto Mart are straight forward, honest, and I got a great price without doing a thing.
On top of it all, they really listen! In my first conversation with Patricia, I explained that I have zero tolerance for multiple trips to any car dealership and even less tolerance for a salesperson making veiled attempts at manipulating me into paying ridiculous amounts for a car that I will regret. None of the things I asked for were a problem for anyone at this dealership. On our very first conversation, I spoke with Patricia about exactly what I wanted in a car and asked her to send me a list of cars that matched my criteria. She actually LISTENED to me, and understood exactly what my goals were; she even gave me honest and knowledgable information and advice regarding the types of cars which would meet my goals.
I have never before had a salesperson at a car dealership completely respect my wishes and be so incredibly on target in their understanding of my needs. It was wonderful! My first call to the dealership was pretty late on a Saturday afternoon and I picked up my new Mercedes a few short days later even though there was a holiday that week.
The car was beautiful, the price was great, the contract exactly as promised and easily understood without a hint of "dealer math", and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I got exactly what I wanted, and I doubt I spent a total of 1 hour on the couple of phone calls, s, and picking up my new car.
Thanks to the t efforts and experience of Patricia and Gerry I spent only 20 minutes ing papers on my one and only visit to the dealership. I have spent longer waiting to get a latte than picking up my new car from Hillsboro Auto Mart. This was the perfect experience and I will go back again And again! The purchase of my car was a very pleasant experience.

Hillsboro Auto Mart made the whole car shopping and buying experience completely pleasant. I am woman, and I am not a car buff. I don't like spending money on cars. Shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do.
My banker and friend told me about Hillsboro Auto Mart. She has been buying all of her family's cars from them for more than decade. I had a budget in mind, but I really didn't know what I wanted. My plan was to narrow down my search and test drive one or two cars. They were helpful, but absolutely no pressure. Initially, I looked at several cars on the lot, narrowing down the selection until I found a luxury sedan, low mileage, excellent condition. We agreed on a price and I ed the papers. They could have just detailed the car and sent me on my way.
Instead, they sent the car to the dealership for a thorough inspection. The front brakes were worn. They have replaced all four of my brakes at no additional charge and changed the oil; before I picked up the car. It seemed like just about everyone was either a repeat customer or a referral.
Most of my interaction was with Jonah and Daniel and they are both genuine, professional and knowledgeable people. I found all of the staff to be equally nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hillsboro Auto Mart. After looking on the net for months ,I finally found the car I was thinking of buying, located Hillsboro.
Drove down from Dunnellon on a Sat. Daniel made a fair offer for my trade-in and my wife and I drove the Porsche home, well as far as our driveway before we had unexpected trouble. Daniel made arrangements to haul the car back to Tampa and once the problem was identified, made me an offer to buy the car back, without question. We then selected our i and have been pleased beyond expectations. This dealership has performed 'customer service' in a manner that one would expect only from family. I would and will recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle and will myself shop Hillsboro for my next auto.
The sales staff were great and gave us plenty of time to look at their selection. Patricia encouraged us to take any of the vehicles for a test drive. They were excellent, very friendly and made us feel very welcome! We worked with Daniel once we selected which vehicle we wanted to purchase. He worked very hard and we were able to purchase our wonderful Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.
We will be recommending Hillsboro Auto Mart to everyone we know. Very satisfied customers!! Everyone we worked with was awesome. The dealership is very family oriented, friendly. They are not pushy at all, very open, honest and take the time to answer any questions. I got a great deal on the car; I was in and out with a new car in 2 hours. I would have been there less time had I not talked so much, but I really enjoyed the experience!
